Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Xentra Network's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Service Description

Xentra Network provides game server hosting services, including but not limited to:

  • Minecraft server hosting (Vanilla, Paper, Spigot, Purpur, Fabric, Forge, etc.)
  • Programming language hosting (Node.js, Java, C#, etc.)
  • Control panel access
  • DDoS protection
  • Customer support

Account Responsibilities

Important: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Prohibited Activities

You may NOT use our services to:

  • Illegal Activities: Host or distribute illegal content, malware, or pirated software
  • Abuse: Launch DDoS attacks, spam, or engage in any form of network abuse
  • Violations: Violate any laws or regulations
  • Harm: Interfere with or disrupt other users' services
  • Unauthorized Access: Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

Payment Terms

Free Plan: No payment required. Subject to fair use policy.

Paid Plans:

  • Billed monthly in advance
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled
  • 7-day money-back guarantee for new customers
  • No refunds for partial months
  • Prices subject to change with 30-day notice

Refund Policy

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

New customers can request a full refund within 7 days of their first payment. This does not apply to renewals or add-on services.

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for:

  • Scheduled maintenance (with advance notice)
  • Issues beyond our control (ISP outages, natural disasters, etc.)
  • Third-party service failures
  • DDoS attacks (we provide mitigation but cannot guarantee 100% protection)

Data & Backups

Pro tip: Always maintain your own backups. While we provide automated backups, you are ultimately responsible for your data.

We provide automated backups as a courtesy but are not responsible for data loss. You should maintain your own backups.

Termination

By You: You may cancel your account at any time through the control panel.

By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Engage in abusive behavior
  • Fail to pay for services
  • Remain inactive for extended periods (free plans only)

Limitation of Liability

Xentra Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the past 12 months.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or control panel notification. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
